Owners: Troy Larkin & Donovan Schmit

Family values run deep inside the Park & Pine Group.  Restauranteurs, Troy Larkin and Donovan Schmit are cousins and business partners that share one common goal:  To bring the highest quality food and drink paired with excellent customer service to all of their guests.

The duo grew up in the restaurant business from a very early age with their parents working in restaurant and bar business.  For the cousins, customer service and being hands on in all of their restaurants has always been in their DNA.

Locally they are known around town to consider every detail when creating their concepts with a keen eye for creating an atmosphere that transports their guests instantly with the sites, smells, and tastes of a high quality Irish Pub (Pappy McGregor’s), a fresh twist on authentic Mexico (FishGaucho), into the secret 1930’s prohibition era (Eleven Twenty Two Speakeasy) and to the South Pacific (Cane Tiki Room).

Over their 20+ years as owner / operators they have owned Schooner’s Wharf (Cayucos, 2001-2010) and created the concepts Café Della Via (Cayucos, 2004-2010), Pappy McGregor’s Pub (Paso Robles, 2006-present), Pappy McGregor’s Pub (San Luis Obispo, 2010-2016), Fish Gaucho (Paso Robles, 2014-present), Eleven Twenty Two Speakeasy & Cocktail Lounge (Paso Robles, 2018-present) and their newest concept, Cane Tiki Room (Paso Robles, 2022-present)

Next time you visit downtown Paso Robles, you can frequently find Troy and Donovan working the floor and greeting guests in one of their concepts.  If you see them, say hello, they would gladly stop by your table or barstool and chat for a moment.
